弊クラブでは、大石篤人監督と今季の契約満了後、来季の契約を更新しないことで合意致しましたのでお知らせ致します。
大石監督には、当クラブのJ3の初年度、まだチームがJ3という舞台での戦いを模索している中で、豊富な経験と、実行力でチームを牽引し、選手、そして地域の皆様と共に戦ってきて頂きました。
一年という短い時間ではありましたが、大石監督が築き上げたJリーグでの礎は、これからとチームの基礎になっていくものと確信しております。心より感謝申し上げます。
まだ、リーグ戦は4試合残っていますが、大石監督の下で成長したヴァンラーレ八戸を皆様に実感して頂けるよう、最後まで全力で、ヴァンラーレらしく戦い抜きたいと思います。
これから、ヴァンラーレ八戸は大きな覚悟を持って、次のステージに向け歩き出していきます。今シーズンの残り試合、そして来シーズン以降も大石監督への恩返しのためにも、しっかり前を見据え戦い抜いて参ります。
